Which service these terms cover
These terms describe use of noillirk.online, its explanatory pages, and this edition's multiplayer rooms. They do not govern the original Noillirk website, GitHub, Google, or Cloudflare services, which have their own terms and policies. Following an external link does not make this project responsible for that service.
This edition requires no game account or payment. Scores and leaderboard positions are game results, not prizes, money, or a promise of value. There is no claim of endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation with Daily or the original Noillirk creators.
Play and participate respectfully
Use display names and room names that are suitable for other players. Do not post harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, illegal material, spam, or personal information about yourself or others. Do not impersonate another player, the original creators, this project's maintainers, or an official support service.
Do not disrupt other rooms, flood the room API, bypass game timing or host controls, or use automation to manipulate scores or impair the service. A room code is a way to join a game, not a confidential communication channel. Do not redistribute sensitive information or abusive material from another player.
Names, answers, and room visibility
You choose the names and answers you submit. Keep them short, relevant, and free of sensitive information. Other participants can see names and scores, and submitted answers are revealed as rounds progress. Completed names and scores may appear on this edition's leaderboard even when a room was private.
A private room is omitted from the public lobby; it is not password-protected storage or a private messaging service. Do not treat the game as a place to store confidential material. The privacy policy explains browser saves, server room expiry, completed scores, and external measurement services.
Original game and third-party rights
The original Noillirk game, pixel artwork, and sound are credited to Daily. The surrounding website design and explanatory content were made for this independent edition. Credit is attribution, not a transfer of copyright, a trademark license, or permission to commercially use third-party material.
Third-party material remains subject to its owners' rights and applicable permission requirements. These terms do not grant you rights to reuse those assets commercially or represent the original creators. AdSense is technically integrated but ad requests remain paused pending review of content rights and consent requirements.
Availability, changes, and saved results
The game and its editorial answer boards may change. A reasonable synonym may not be accepted, connections can fail, and browser or server data may be lost or removed. The project does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent scores, or compatibility with every device. Export browser-saved progress if you want to keep a copy; the export is not an online account backup.
If a problem prevents play, stop retrying requests that may disrupt the service. These terms and linked policies may be updated with the dated page content. There is no account or automated server-data deletion portal; do not submit personal information or credentials through game fields.
